Like we did for last year’s event, Salerno Duane Ford is pleased to announce that we are sponsoring Metro Classic 2019! This high school basketball showcase will be happening at Harwood Arena at Kean University, located at 1000 Morris Avenue in Union NJ from Friday February 8 through Sunday February 10. A total of 22 high schools from 6 states will be playing in this year’s Metro Classic, which will be benefiting Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine.

The 12th Annual Morristown Onstage Talent Show will be taking place on Wednesday February 27, 2019 and we’re proud to announce that Salerno Duane Auto Group will be sponsoring this event! This fundraiser will be taking place at the Mayo Performing Arts Center, located at 100 South Street in Morristown NJ, to benefit the Morris Educational Foundation. As a part of our sponsorship, we donated $3,000 to the organization because of all they do for our community.

We’re so proud to have been a sponsor for the 3rd Annual New Providence PBA Car Show that helped raise money for the New Jersey State PBA Survivor Welfare Fund, a nonprofit that provides support & survivor benefits to the families of PBA members who lost their lives in the line of duty. The Car Show happened this past Saturday October 6th at the Berkeley Aquatic Club in New Providence from 9 am to 1 pm where there were 60 classic & rare cars on display at this event.

Things got hairy at Salerno Duane Ford last month because we took part in No-Shave November! We celebrated this cancer awareness event by making a $500 contribution to the cancer awareness organization. Several of our staff members at our dealership who took part in No-Shave November. We made a New Year’s resolution to do more to ensure that teens driving in our area are as a safe on the road as possible since a study from AAA revealed that new teenage drivers ages 16-17 are 3 times as likely as adults to be involved in a deadly crash. That’s why we’re pleased to announce our partnership with Five Star Driving School! With locations in Summit and Westfield NJ, the school offers 2 places where teens learn the craft of driving and keeping our roads safer for all drivers.

Salerno Duane Ford is proudly sponsoring the Metro Classic 2018 taking place on Friday-Sunday February 9-11 at Kean University (1000 Morris Avenue) in Union, New Jersey! Harwood Arena, located on campus, will be home to this high school basketball showcase where 14 teams from schools in 5 states will compete in 12 games played for charity over the 3 days. The organization that will benefit this year is the New Jersey Police Surgeons.
